Diplomová práce se zabývá manažerským rozhodováním za rizika a nejistoty při zakládání rehabilitačního zařízení. Praktická část se skládá ze dvou rozhodovacích problémů. Pro ty jsou v případě diskrétních faktorů rizika sestaveny rozhodovací matice. Ty jsou pak následně využity pro aplikaci pravidel očekávané hodnoty a očekávané hodnoty a rozptylu. The diploma thesis deals with managerial decision-making in establishing a rehabilitation facility, under the conditions of risk and uncertainty. The practical part consists of two decision problems. In the case of discrete risk factors, decision matrices are calculated. These are then used to apply the rules of expected value, and expected value and variance.
