Principles in Tax Administration and their Applications
Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza a uplatnění zásad při správě daní, obecný popis daňového řízení, rozbor jednotlivých zásad daňového řízení, rozbor obecných zásad daňového řízení a aplikace zásad v daňovém řízení a jejich dodržování. Dále pak výkon rozhodnutí a nakonec daňové spory a jejich řešení.
Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor work is the analysis and principles usage at taxes management, general description of taxes supervision, survey of single and general principles of taxes supervision and application of principles at taxes´supervision and their observance. Furthermore, enforcement and ultimately the tax disputes and their resolution.
