Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá organizací hudebního festivalu, funkcemi jednotlivých členů organizačního týmu a jejich pracovní náplní. Je odbornou příručkou, obecným a univerzálním návodem, jak naplánovat a zrealizovat hudební festival, ať už malých, nebo velkých rozměrů. The bachelor thesis deals with a music festival organization, individual roles of particular members of the realization team and their jobs. It serves as a specialized manual, a handout delivering guideline to planning and realization of a music festival regardless of the size of the event.
