Abstract:
Cílem této práce je zhodnocení a porovnání různých pracovních nabídek v IT sféře z pohledu studentů a absolventů IT oborů v kontrastu s vnímáním nabídek HR pracovníky. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část a praktickou část.
