Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vliv psychologických prostředků prezentace podnikatelského plánu na rozhodovací proces investora. Téma je důležité v kontextu dnešního dynamického podnikatelského prostředí, málo studií se jím však zabývá. Cílem práce je analyzovat účinnost těchto prostředků v rámci prezentace podnikatelského plánu studentského týmu eForce FEE Prague Formula a identifikovat míru jejich vlivu na investiční rozhodnutí věřitelů. Metodami výzkumu bylo dotazníkové šetření a strukturovaný rozhovor. Získaná data byla analyzována s důrazem na klíčové psychologické faktory ovlivňující rozhodování investorů. Výsledky ukázaly, že správné využití psychologických prostředků má pozitivní vliv na vnímání atraktivity investičního návrhu a může zásadním způsobem ovlivnit rozhodnutí investorů. Jedna z oblastí s nejvyšší mírou ovlivnění je efektivní použití prvků verbální komunikace. Vysoce hodnoceným psychologickým prostředkem je také použití příběhů a konkrétních příkladů, za jejichž pomoci lze s investory navázat hlubší spojení. Z výsledků výzkumu však došlo ke zjištění, že míra vlivu měřitelných ekonomických ukazatelů na investiční rozhodnutí je značně vyšší než u zkoumaných psychologických prostředků. Ekonomické ukazatele poskytují konkrétní a měřitelné informace, které umožňují věřitelům provádět analýzy a porovnávat mezi různými investičními příležitostmi, což zajišťuje vyšší míru objektivity při rozhodování. Výsledky práce přispívají k pochopení významu psychologických aspektů v prezentaci podnikatelských plánů a poskytují doporučení pro zlepšení budoucích podnikatelských plánů.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the influence of psychological means of a business plan presentation on the investor's decision-making process. The topic is important in the context of today's dynamic business environment, but only a few studies address it. The thesis aims to analyze the effectiveness of these means within the business plan presentation of the eForce FEE Prague Formula team and to identify the extent of their influence on the investor’s decision-making process. The chosen research methods were a questionnaire survey and a structured interview. The collected data were analyzed with an emphasis on key psychological factors influencing investors' decision-making. The results showed that the proper use of psychological means has a positive effect on the perception of the attractiveness of an investment proposal and can significantly influence investors' decisions. One of the areas with the highest degree of influence is the effective use of verbal communication elements. The use of stories and concrete examples is also a highly valued psychological tool to deeply connect with investors. However, the research results revealed that the degree of influence of measurable economic indicators on investment decisions is significantly higher than the examined psychological means. Economic indicators provide concrete and measurable information that allows lenders to analyze and compare between different investment opportunities, ensuring a higher degree of objectivity in decision-making. The results of the work contribute to the understanding of the importance of psychological aspects in the presentation of business plans and provide recommendations for improving future business plans.
