Bakalárska práca analyzuje hodnotenie pracovníkov vo finančnej organizácii. Prvá, teoretická časť obsahuje teoretické podklady, ktoré sa týkajú funkcií, kritérií, foriem, metód a chýb v hodnotení. V druhej, praktickej časti, popisuje systém hodnotenia v konkrétnej organizácii, oboznamuje s organizáciou, s jej stratégiou, filozofiou, organizačnou štruktúrou, vzdelávaním a benefitmi.
