Tato diplomová práce se zabývá komparací developerských projektů na základě citlivostní analýzy. Popisuje tři možnosti investování v Praze a jeho okolí. Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the comparison of development projects through sensitivity analysis. It describes three options for investing in Prague and its nearby area. Individual projects are examined by indicators of financial analysis, possible risks and its profitability.
