Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku tenkých filmů (tj. s tloušťkou v řádech nm) připravených z polymerů. Obsah práce je zaměřen na polymery a jejich vlastnosti, díky kterým je lze využít pro přípravu tenkých filmů. Dále práce obsahuje rešerši o využití tenkých filmů v praxi a také přehledný popis experimentálních analytických metod, kterými lze vzorky tenkých vrstev studovat.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of thin films (i.e. with dimensions in the order of nm) prepared from polymers. The content of the work is focused on polymers and their properties, thanks to which it is possible to use for the placement of thin films.
