Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá oceněním J&T BANKY, a.s. Cílem práce je odhadnout její tržní cenu. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí – teoretická a praktická. V rámci teoretické části autor popisuje bankovní sektor, jeho regulaci a rizika působící na banky. Praktická část se věnuje finanční a strategické analýze, sestavení finančního plánu a samotnému ocenění na základě dvou výnosových metod.

The diploma thesis deals with the valuation of J&T BANKA, a.s. The aim of the thesis is to estimate its market price. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, the author describes the banking sector, its regulation and risks affecting banks.
