Sudden infant death syndrome

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na syndrom náhlého úmrtí novorozence a kojence. V teoretické částí je obsažena základní charakteristika problematiky, historie, incidence, etiologie, průběh posmrtného šetření, možné rizikové faktory a jejich preventivní opatření. Dále se zabývá možností zvýšení informovanosti veřejnosti ohledně syndromu náhlého úmrtí a roli porodní asistentky v rámci edukace. Praktická část má za úkol zjistit informovanost matek dětí do 1 roku věku o syndromu náhlého úmrtí, zdroj jejich informací, znalost rizikových faktorů a zkoumá, zda jsou dodržovány preventivní doporučení.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the syndrome of sudden death of a newborn and an infant. The theoretical part contains the basic characteristics of the problem, history, incidence, etiology, course of the post-mortem examination, possible risk factors and their preventive precations. It also deals with the possibility of increasing public awareness of sudden death syndrome and the role of midwives in education. The practical part has the task of finding out the awareness of mothers of children up to 1 year of age about sudden infant death syndrome, the source of their information, knowledge of risk factors and examines whether preventive recommendations are followed.
