Cílem práce je analyzovat právní úpravu vyvlastnění a poukázat přitom na problémy vyplývající z aplikační praxe v České republice. The intention of this bachelor´s thesis is to offer a complex analysis of the legal adjustment of expropriation, and to point out certain issues emerging from putting it into practice in the Czech Republic.
