Juvenile delinquency as a pathological phenomenon of society
Abstract:
Má bakalářská práce vymezuje základní pojmy, znaky a formy kriminality mládeže. Zabývá se legislativní úpravou, činností probační a mediační služby a možnou prevencí. Dále se zabývám odlišnostmi trestního řízení. Pozornost věnuji i kriminalitě páchané na mládeži. Cílem práce je analyzovat kriminalitu a příčiny kriminality nezletilých a mladistvých na území Ústeckého kraje a Mostu.
Abstract:
My bachelor thesis determines the basic concepts, characters and forms of juvenile deliquency. It deals with legislative arrangements, the activities of the probation and mediation service and possible prevention. I also deal with differences in criminal proceedings.
