Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou inovačních aktivit vybrané logistické společnosti. Cílem práce je teoretické prozkoumání tématu inovací a pomocí situační analýzy zmapovat společnost, pro niž budou navrženy nové inovační aktivity. Práce je členěna na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou použity poznatky z odborných publikací a na základě nich popsány základní pojmy v oblasti inovací, jejich členění, hodnocení a management inovací. Dále je vysvětlena problematika situační analýzy podniků a s ní spojené jednotlivé analýzy. V druhé části – praktické, je charakterizována vybraná společnost a její současné nabízené služby. Součástí je i dotazníkové šetření a interview. Na společnost byly aplikovány analýzy zmiňované v teoretické části a na základě výsledků analýz, výstupů z dotazníku a provedeného interview, je pro společnost navrženo několik nových inovačních aktivit.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis describes the issue of innovative activities of a selected logistics company. The first aim of the thesis is an exploration of innovation topics. Second aim is to leverage situation analysis approach on a selected company and propose new innovation activities. This document is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part uses published professional studies. Based on the studies, basic concepts of innovation, their classification, evaluation and management of innovation are defined. The challenges of situation analysis of companies and related individual analyses are described in the first part as well. In the second part, the selected company and its current services are characterized. The practical part also includes a questionnaire and an interview with marketing director. The analyses de-scribed in the theoretical part were applied to the company. Based on the results of the analyses, the results of the questionnaire and the interview, several new innovative activities are proposed to the company.
