Issues of Forensic Medicine in Emergency Medical Care

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou soudního lékařství v přednemocniční neodkladné péči. Je koncipována na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části bakalářské práce je stručně zmíněna historie soudního lékařství, vybrané kapitoly z forenzní thanatologie a některých dalších forenzních oborů. Dále je zde popsán způsob provádění prohlídek zemřelých, jejich úhrady zdravotními pojišťovnami a také nejčastější chyby, které se při provádění prohlídek stávají. Nezbytnou součástí teoretické části je také přehled pitev prováděných dle platné legislativy, a orientačně je uveden i způsob fungování Policie České republiky při součinnosti se zdravotnickou záchrannou službou na místě úmrtí. V praktické části je zmíněno několik kazuistik, kde je popsán průběh výjezdu včetně klinického stavu pacienta. V případě úmrtí či nalezení již zemřelého pacienta je popsána provedená prohlídka zemřelého a předběžná příčina úmrtí. V další části kazuistiky je popis pitevního nálezu a jeho porovnání s příčinou úmrtí uvedenou prohlížejícím lékařem.

Abstract:

Thesis is focused on forensic medicine in emergency medical care. Thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. There is a brief history about forensic medicine, selected parts of forensic thanatology and some of other forensic field of study in theoretical part. Furthermore, there is described the method of examination of the deceased, the financial compensation of examinations from insurance companies and the most common mistakes that can be set in. The unnecessary part is an overview of autopsy performed according to the current legislation. There is a brief description how Police of the Czech Republic is working in cooperation with emergency medical service in the place with the deceased body. In practical part, there is mentioned some case study where is described the process of paramedic intervention and patient´s clinical conditions. In case of death of find the deceased patient, there is described process of examination of death body and the provisional cause of death. There is description of postmortem findings compared with cause of death mentioned by doctor on the site in next part of case study.
