Předložená práce se zabývá problematikou sjednocování požadavků dopadajících na zboží na evropském trhu. V práci jsou stanoveny dva cíle. Cílem teoretické části je analýza evropských veřejnoprávních požadavků, které dopadají na zboží, dále rozbor harmonizace těchto předpisů a role Evropské unie v tomto procesu. This bachelor thesis investigates the unification of requirements affecting goods in the European market. Two goals are set in this thesis. The purpose of the theoretical part is to analyse European goods requirements and harmonization of these regulations.
