Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na analýzu románů Karla Čapka za pomoci vybraných kvantitativních metod. Pracujeme s indexy frekvenční struktury textu, jež nejsou na délce textu závislé. Jedná se o metodu měření slovního bohatství, sekundární tematickou koncentraci a aktivitu textu. Výsledné hodnoty jednotlivých románů porovnáváme mezi sebou pomocí statistického testování. This bachelor thesis focuses on an analysis of Karel Čapek's novels using selected quantitative methods. We work with indexes of text frequency structure which are not dependent on the text length. More specifically, we work with a vocabulary richness measurement method, a secondary thematic concentration method as well as with a text activity method.
