Strategic management of human resources in the organization of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Téma řízení lidských zdrojů v organizaci se zabývá efektivním využitím a rozvojem lidských zdrojů s cílem dosáhnout strategických cílů organizace. Klíčové aspekty, jimiž se diplomová práce zaobírá, zahrnují nábor, vzdělávání a odměňování. Správné řízení lidských zdrojů může přispět k větší produktivitě, lepšímu pracovnímu prostředí a celkovému úspěchu organizace. Tato práce se soustředí na význam a dopad efektivního řízení lidských zdrojů v rámci organizace Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky (HZS ČR). Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout optimalizovaný koncept náboru, vzdělávání a odměňování pro HZS ČR. Tento návrh je založen na důkladné analýze procesu řízení lidských zdrojů v organizaci a výzkumném šetření. Pro objektivní hodnocení současného stavu v organizaci se práce opírá o teoretické poznatky z oblasti vývoje řízení lidských zdrojů a současných trendů. Tímto přístupem je zajištěno, že závěry a doporučení diplomové práce jsou relevantní a aktuální.

Abstract:

The topic of human resource management in an organization deals with the effective utilization and development of human resources with the aim of achieving the strategic goals of the organization. Key aspects that the thesis addresses include recruitment, education, and remuneration. Proper human resource management can contribute to greater productivity, a better working environment, and the overall success of the organization. This work focuses on the significance and impact of effective human resource management within the organization of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic (FRS CR). The main goal of the thesis is to propose an optimized concept of recruitment, education, and remuneration for the FRS CR. This proposal is based on a thorough analysis of the human resource management process in the organization and research investigation. For an objective assessment of the current state in the organization, the study relies on theoretical knowledge from the field of human resource management development and current trends. This approach ensures that the conclusions and recommendations of the thesis are relevant and up to date.
