Bank credits and their forms of security
Abstract:
Předmětem mé bakalářské práce je srovnání bankovních úvěrů a forem jejich zajištění. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na samotný pojem úvěry, především ale popisuje jednotlivé druhy úvěrů a typy zajištění těchto úvěrů. V praktické části jsou charakterizovány dvě vybrané banky. Následuje posouzení úvěrových obchodů ve dvou letech. Závěr této části je věnován porovnání dvou úvěru od již zmíněných bank.
Abstract:
The subject of my bachelor thesis is a comparison of bank credits and the type of collateral. The teoretical part focuses on the term credit,but primarily individual types of credits and their collateral are described. Two banks are characterized in the practical part.
