Diplomová práce se zabývá aktuálními otázkami exekučního řízení se zaměřením na vybrané změny právní úpravy obsažené v občanském soudním řádu a exekučním řádu v průběhu roku 2021 a počátku roku 2022 v kontextu ochrany poskytované povinnému. The thesis deals with current issues of execution with a focus on selected changes to the legislation contained in the Civil Procedure Code and the Execution Code during 2021 and early 2022 in the context of the protection provided to the debtor.
