Práce se věnuje cyklistickým stezkám a jejich vlivu na rozvoj regionu. Hodnotí dopad výstavby cyklostezek ve východních Čechách a navrhuje případná opatření ke zlepšení jejich využití. V první části diplomové práce je definován pojem regionální rozvoj a nástroje, které fenomén cyklistiky ovlivňují. Práce popisuje cyklistiku jako součást cestovního ruchu. The theses is dealing with cycling paths and their influence on the development of the region. It evaluates the impact of cycling path construction in eastern Bohemia and suggests measures and precautions to improve the use of cycling trails.
