Přestupkové řízení před Českou národní bankou

The Administrative Delicts Proceeding Decided by the Czech National Bank
Abstract:
This Bachelor thesis deals with the offense proceeding decided by the Czech National Bank, its course and conclusions. Further it discusses the Central Bank Institution, and studies whether it is a proper organ in the true sense; or it is just an organ with competence of administration. At the end the work deals with budget determination of fines imposed by administration.
Abstract:
V tejto bakalárskej práci sa zaoberáme priestupkovým konaním pred Českou národnou bankou, jeho priebehom a následným záverom. Ďalej rozoberáme inštitúciu centrálnej banky a skúmame, či ide o správny orgán v pravom slova zmysle, alebo ide iba o orgán s kompetenciami správneho úradu. V závere sa v práci zaoberáme rozpočtovým určením výnosu pokút ňou udelených.
