Liberalization as a Tool of Energy Security
Abstract:
Práce zkoumá liberalizaci jako nástroj energetické bezpečnosti. Snaží se o reinterpretaci mainstreamového pohledu za užití konceptů rakouské školy ekonomie. S bezpečností zachází jako s komoditou na trhu, který je schopen bezpečnost alokovat v rámci obvyklých výrobních procesů. V případové studii je teorie aplikována s poukazem na rozdíly mezi těmito dvěma přístupy (mainstreamový & rakouský).
Abstract:
Thesis explores liberalization as a tool of energy security. It tries to re-interpret the mainstream view using conceptual framework of Austrian School of Economics. Security is treated as a commodity on a market which is able to allocate security within common production processes.
