Předmětem diplomové práce je vytvoření podnikatelského plánu, který se týká založení nového shisha baru ve městě Břeclav. První část práce se zaměřuje na teoretická východiska, zejména na legislativu v oblasti podnikání a strukturu podnikatelského plánu. The subject of the diploma thesis is to create a business plan that concerns the establishment of a new shisha bar in Břeclav. The first part of the thesis focuses on the theoretical background, especially on business legislation and business plan structure.
