Long-term experience of trainers - psychotherapists with group and community leadership in the context of dynamically oriented psychotherapeutic training

Abstract:

V této diplomové práci se zaměřím na komplexní prožitkovou zkušenost zkušených psychoterapeutů - lektorů výcviků v dynamické psychoterapii v rámci systému SUR. Stěžejním faktorem pro empirickou část práce bude sběr písemně strukturované reflexe psychoterapeutů sebezkušenostního výcviku. Komplexní prožitkovou zkušeností rozumím do jisté míry zjednodušené psychologické rozlišení mezi prožíváním, myšlením a chováním, přičemž do myšlení pochopitelně zahrnuji i vnímání prostřednictvím smyslů včetně tělesného prožívání nejrůznějších situací v procesu výcvikové zkušenosti. Rád bych kvalitativně posoudil, jaká významná témata a fenomény se ve výcvikové zkušenosti objevují, podle čeho je můžeme poznat a z jakého pozadí vyrůstají. V teoretické části této práce se zaměřím zejména na objasnění pojmů jako: současná psychoterapie, dynamické přístupy, model koexistujících perspektiv, struktura vývoj a teorie osobnosti, příběh, bezpečí, intimita, vztahování, systém, skupinové pole, skupinová dynamika, fenomenologický přístup, komplexní prožitková zkušenost, důvěra, uvědomění a kontakt.

Abstract:

In this diploma thesis I will focus on the comprehensive experience of experienced psychotherapists - trainers of dynamic psychotherapy training within the SUR system. The crucial factor for the empirical part of the thesis will be the collection of a written structured reflection of psychotherapists of self-experience training. By comprehensive experience I understand to some extent a simplified psychological distinction between experiencing, thinking and behavior, and of course I also include perception through the senses, including physical experiencing of various situations in the process of training experience. I would like to qualitatively assess what important topics and phenomena appear in the training experience, how we can identify them and from what background they grow up. In the theoretical part of this work I will focus on clarifying concepts such as: contemporary psychotherapy, dynamic approaches, coexisting perspective model, structure development and personality theory, story, safety, intimacy, relationship, system, group field, group dynamics, phenomenological approach, complex experience experience, trust and awareness.
