Tato bakalářská práce se orientuje na vztah mezi porodními asistentkami a vietnamskými ženami s jazykovou bariérou. V teoretické části je popsáno všeobecné pojetí multikultury, odlišnosti národních menšin a také je věnována kapitola komunikaci, která je nezbytná v poskytování péče. My bachelor thesis is focused on the relationship between midwives and Vietnamese women who have language barrier. There is described general conception of multiculturalism, national minorities and in more detail subscribed VIetnamese community in the theoretical part of bachelor thesis.
