Bakalářská práce hodnotí řízení lidských zdrojů na Katastrálním úřadě pro Jihomoravský kraj. Odhaluje pozitivní a negativní faktory ovlivňující výkonnost a spokojenost zaměstnanců a navrhuje opatření k celkovému zlepšení stávajícího stavu.
