Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá srovnáním daňové zátěže zaměstnanců v České republice a Polsku. V první části je uvedeno, jakým způsobem probíhá zdanění závislé činnosti. Dále jsou popsány daňové reformy a současná ekonomická situace obou zemí. Ve druhé části práce je spočítaná efektivní sazba daně pro vybrané fiktivní poplatníky s různou výší příjmů. This master's thesis compares the tax burden of employees in the Czech Republic and Poland. The first part describes how taxing wages is carried out. Tax reforms and the current economic situation of both countries are also described.
