Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá metodami operačního výzkumu. Hlavním cílem práce je zhodnotit možnosti využití metod operačního výzkumu při rozhodování manažera. Práce popisuje rozhodovací proces manažera a operační výzkum. Dále je práce zaměřena na aplikaci vybraných metod operačního výzkumu v manažerské praxi.
Abstract:
This work deals with the methods of operations research. The main objective of this work is to evaluate the posibility of using operations research methods in managerial decisions. The work describes the decision-making process and operations research. The work is also focused on application of selected methods of operations research in managerial practice.
