Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na rozšiřující se trend dnešní doby, a to nesezdané soužití, konkrétně ve vazbě na akademickou činnost Komise pro evropské rodinné právo. Výsledkem této činnosti jsou modelová pravidla – Principy evropského rodinného práva. Principy týkající se nesezdaného soužití jsou srovnávány s českou právní úpravou s úmyslem vyhodnotit, zda je česká právní úprava dostatečná. Cílem práce …more
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the extending trend of nowadays named unmarried cohabitation. It is focused mainly on the academical work of the Commission on European Family Law. The Commission creates model rules – The Principles of European Family Law.
