Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce pojednává o problematice operativního finančního plánování v divizi zabývající se správou nemovitostí. V teoretické části poukazuji na smysl a pojetí plánování, význam nákladů, cenovou kalkulaci, úrovně plánování a ukazatele. Důraz je kladen na aplikační část diplomové práce, kde se věnuji detailnímu plánování nákladových položek klasickou metodou i metodou Key Performance Indicator aplikovanou ve společnosti Siemens. Pro efektivní plánování je zásadní fungující informační systém a vzájemná komunikace uvnitř firmy. Výstupem mé diplomové práce jsou plány nákladů a výnosů divize Real Estate a jejich vyhodnocení.

Abstract:

This dissertation concens the subject of operational financial planning at division Real Estate. In the theoretical part I analyse system and methodology of planning, importants of costs pricing calculation, levels of planning and indicators. The applied part of the dissertation is emphasised, I pay detailed attention to planning cost items by classical method and method Key Performance Indicator applied at Siemens. Funkcional information system and open internal communication are vital to ensure effective planning. The outcome of my dissertation are plans for costs and revenues of Real Estate and assessment.
