Abstract:

Ve své bakalářské práci se snažím dokázat důležitost firemní kultury a jejích prvků jako motivačních faktorů. V úvodní části se snažím popsat a vysvětlit, co to firemní kultura vůbec je, jak se vyznačuje a jaké jsou její prvky. K tomu používám metodiku psychologických teorií, aby spojení mezi firemní kulturou a psychologií bylo zřejmé. V druhé části své práce se snažím aplikovat popsané jevy z teoretické části na společnost Tipsport, a.s., ve které jsem zaměstnána a vykonávám funkci vedoucí pobočky. Postupně popisuji a analyzuji firemní kulturu a její funkci v této společnosti. Touto aplikací se snažím dokázat svá tvrzení v praxi. K ověření všech svých domněnek jsem vypracovala malý průzkum a pomocí krátkého dotazníku jsem se dotazovala mezi svými kolegy, jak vnímají firemní kulturu u společnosti Tipsport, a.s. Důležitou částí mé práce je i rozbor systému odměňování ve firmě Tipsport, a.s., neboť je nedílnou součástí a jakýmsi „folklórem“ firemní kultury společnosti Tipsport, a.s.

Abstract:

In my bachelor thesis I attempt to accomplish the importance of corporate culture and its components as motivating force. In the initial part I try, using psychological theories, to describe and explain what the corporate culture essencially in general is and what is characteristic for its components. In the second part of my bachelor thesis I get on with described theories in practical view of thing. Tipsport, a.s. performs as a base for my whole bachelor thesis. I used that company as an example for explaining the theoretical matters as well. As I would like to proof my assertion I go through describing the corporate culture of the company step by step and try to find an obvious validation. I have worked out a survey and with a short questionary I have asked my collegues some question how they perceive corporate culture of the Tipsport company. Not less important part of my thesis is a proper analyze of the system of remuneration of the Tipsport, a.s. which is an integral part and kind of folklore of the corporate culture.
