Ústrednou témou bakalárskej práce je charakteristika úverových produktov pre podnikateľov, ponúkaných Dexia bankou Slovensko (DBS). Aktuálnosť problematiky, týkajúcej sa globálnej krízy si však vyžadovala tému bakalárskej práce obohatiť aj o zhodnotenie jej vplyvu na modifikáciu podmienok poskytovania úverových produktov so súčasnou špecifikáciou konkrétnych zmien.
