Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku mnohostranných obchodních systémů na kapitálovém trhu v České republice, které především upravuje zákon o podnikání na kapitálovém trhu.
Abstract:
This bachelor work is focused on problems of multilateral trade systems in the capital market in the Czech Republic, which is primarily adjusted by the law of entrepreneurship in capital market.
