Batrachochytrium dendrobatidis (Bd) je houba odpovědná za onemocnění způsobující rychlý pokles populace obojživelníků a jejich celosvětové vymření. Batrachochytrium dendrobatidis (Bd) is a disease, causing fungus, responsible for the rapid amphibian population declines and their extinctions worldwide. Diagnosis of this pathogen is standardly making with quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) assay, which is time-consuming, expert diagnostician and laboratory demanding.
