Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku bossingu na pracovišti a na zmapování situace ve firmě TEDOM. V teoretické části diplomové práce se budu věnovat patologickým vztahům na pracovišti. Dále bude popsána definice bossingu, jeho znaky, příčiny a nejčastější strategie. V praktické části proběhne ve firmě TEDOM dotazníkové šetření za účelem zjistit, zda k bossingu dochází, či nikoli. Abstract:
The diploma thesis is focused on bossing in the workplace and on the current situation in TEDOM. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with pathological relationships in the workplace. It also defines bossing, its characteristics, causes and the most common strategies.
