Abstract:

LUKIIANCHUK, Anastasiia. Analýza systému řízení cestovního ruchu v hlavním městě Praze. [Bakalářská práce]. Vysoká škola hotelová. Praha: 2014. Celkový počet strán: 62 Cestovní ruch je významnou složkou lidského života, a proto existují organizace, které mu věnují náležitou pozornost. Organizace řízení cestovního ruchu jsou důležitou složkou, která informuje o současném stávu marketingu, komunikace a akcí v dané destinaci, proto jejich práce má takový velky význam. Cílem této práce je charakterizovat a zjistit stav systému řízení cestovního ruchu v hlavním městě Praze. Take cílem je zhodnotit práce organizací, které se tím zabývají. Tato práce nabízí současný pohled na systém řízení cestovního ruchu v Praze a na organizace, které to řízení zajišťují. Práce se věnuje činnosti, přínosům a dalším perspektivám a plánům těchto organizací, které se zabývají řízením cestovního ruchu v hlavním městě České republiky. První část práce se zabývá vymezením pojmů spojených s cestovním ruchem a systémem řízení cestovního ruchu. Druhá část práce se zabývá stručným popisem Prahy, jako destinace a vymezením organizací cestovního a kongresového cestovního ruchu v hlavním městě Praze. Návrhová část se zabýva programém Prague Card. V závěru je posouzení systému řízení cestovního ruchu v hlavním městě Praze. Také v bakalářské práci je možné najít přinosy pro hlavní město Prahu a informace o činnosti uvedených organizací v předchozích letech, zejména v roce 2013.

Number of pages: 62 The tourism is an important part of a human's life, that is why the destinatation management organizations exist. The organizations of tourism management are an important part, which informs about the present condition of marketing, communication and actions in given destination, that's why the activity of these organizations has such a big meaning. The aim of dissertation is to define and detect the condition of management of tourism in the City of Prague. Also there is an aim to evaluate an activity of organizations, which work at it. This thesis offers current view on the system of tourism management in Prague and on the organizations, which ensure it's management. The thesis is dedicated to activities, benefits and other perspectives and plans of these organizations, which ensure the management of tourism in the capital city of Czech Republic. The first part of dissertation is dedicated to define the definitions of related with tourism and management of tourism. The second part of dissertation deals with a brief description of Prague as a destination and the definition of tourism and congress tourism. The proposed part is dedicated to Prague Card program. In the conclusion there is an assesment of tourism management system in the City of Prague. Also it is possible to find in the bachelor’s dissertation benefits for the City of Prague and information about the activity of given organizations in previous years, especially in 2013.
