Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou rozvoje společnosti využívající k obchodování systém Multi Level Marketing (MLM). Hlavním cílem je prokázat, že firma využívající MLM je několikanásobně úspěšnější, pokud klade důraz na četnost, pravidelnost a návaznost vzdělávacích školení pro jednotlivé prodejce. Thesis deals with problems of development in companies use to traffic system Multi Level Marketing (MLM). The main goal of this paper work is to approve that firm using MLM is more successful when insists on frequency, periodicity and compatibility of education trainings for individual sellers.
