Abstract:
Cílem této práce je rozebrat jak současnou, tak navrhovanou právní úpravu trestných činů proti životu a zdraví, zhodnotit a porovnat obě kodifikace, upozornit na hlavní změny, odhalit jejich nedostatky a pokusit se navrhnout jejich řešení. Abstract:
Object of this bachelor examination work are crimes against the human life and health. Technically I disparted this document to three main sections. I the first I wrote about crimes against human life and health de lege lata, in second section I wrote about this crimes de lege ferenda and in last part I wrote rightly about euthanasia.
