Abstract:
Diplomová práce se bude věnovat vysvětlení základních pojmů týkajících se problematiky dispozice se závodem. Zejména vymezení pojmu obchodní závod, koupě závodu a pacht závodu. Důraz bude kladen i na komparaci současné právní úpravy s předchozí právní úpravou.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis will focus on explaining basic concepts concerning the issue of enterprises dispositions. In particular the definition of Business enterprise, purchase tenure of enterprise. Emphasis will be placed on the comparsion of current legislation with the previous legislation.
