Tato práce se věnuje mezinárodním úmluvám upravujícím mezinárodní příslušnost soudů členských států, které se aplikují přednostně před Nařízením Evropského parlamentu a Rady (EU) č. 1215/2012 o příslušnosti a uznávání a výkonu soudních rozhodnutí v občanských a obchodních věcech. This thesis deals with international conventions which regulate civil jurisdiction of the courts of the Member States which prevails over the Regulation (EU) no. 1215/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council on jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters.
