Vytvoření souboru cvičení specifických pro střelbu v házené a jeho ověření v praxi -videoprogram

Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce bylo vytvoření videoprogramu, díky kterému bude usnadněna práce trenéra nebo učitele. Tato práce se týká přípravy a případného objasnění střeleckých cvičení v házené. Oblast využití této práce bude především v ligových týmech házené a také na vysokých školách nebo na středních školách specializovaných na házenou.
Abstract:
The main objective of this thesis was to create a video program as a tool for work facilitation of coaches and teachers concerned with a handball. This work pertains to preparation and possible clarification of shooting exercises in the handball. Fields of application of this work will be mainly in the league of handball and also at universities or high schools focused on handball.
