The factors affecting firms success on a specific market
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu vybraného rodinného podniku a vyhodnocení klíčových faktorů, které ovlivňují jeho úspěch na vybraném trhu. Jedná se o identifikaci faktorů, které podniku brání v rozvoji jeho plného potenciálu a navržení takových strategických inovací, které podniku pomohou tento potenciál naplnit.
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on the analysis of a selected family business and evaluate the key factors that influence its success in the selected market. It is about identifying the factors that prevent the enterprise from developing its full potential and proposing strategic innovations that will help the enterprise to fulfil this potential.
