Factors connected to working in the selected coworking space

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá faktory spojenými s prací z vybraného coworkingového centra. Cílem této práce je zjistit, jaké faktory přitahují jedince, aby z coworkingového centra začali pracovat, a tudíž se stali jeho členy. Teoretická část je rozdělena do 4 kapitol. Vymezuje typy pracovišť, charakteristiku coworkingových center, výhody a nevýhody, které jsou spojené s prací z coworkingových center a vybrané nástroje komunikace coworkingových center se svými potenciálními zákazníky. V metodologické části je charakterizováno vybrané coworkingové centrum společně s cílem a strategií výzkumu. Výzkum byl proveden prostřednictvím kvalitativní strategie, a to konkrétně analýzou dokumentů a pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, kterých se účastnili členové z vybraného coworkingového centra. Na základě zjištění z výzkumu jsou v závěru práce uvedená doporučení pro přitáhnutí více členů do coworkingového centra.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis deals with factors that are connected to working in the selected coworking space. The aim of this thesis is to find out which factors attract people to start working from the coworking centre and become its members. The theoretical part is divided into 4 chapters. It deals with types of workspaces, advantages and disadvantages connected to working from coworking centres and selected communication tools that coworking centre uses to communicate with potential customers. The methodological part describes characteristic of selected coworking centre along with the goal and strategy of the research. The research was conducted by using qualitative strategy with the use of an analysis of documents and semi-structured interviews with members of the selected coworking centre. Based on the reserach results, there are recommendations for the coworking space that should help to attract more members.
