Abstract:
Abstrakt: Tato práce „Kolizní problematika ochrnay práv duševního vlastnictví“ pojednává o kolizní problematice ochrany práv duševního vlastnictví se zaměřením na mezinárodní licenční smlouvu. Obsahem práce je vymezení jednotlivých institutů v oblasti mezinárodních licenčních smluv, stěžejní je však kolizní problematika a kvalifikace těchto smluv.
