Důkazní prostředky v trestním řízení

The evidence in the criminal proceedings
Abstract:
Práce pojednává o důkazních prostředcích v trestním řízení. V práci jsou popsány důkazní prostředky přípustné podle trestního řádu a také je popsán průběh dokazování v trestním řízení. V práci jsou dále popsány základní pojmy a zásady důkazního práva a o celé problematice dokazování je pojednáno i v obecné rovině.
Abstract:
The topic of this thesis is „The Evidence in The Criminal Proceedings“ and there are described evidence which are in accordance with the Criminal Procedural Code. There is also described in the main features the validation procedure and also the relation between this process and particular evidence – it is because both of them make up one indivisible whole.
