Úvodní kapitola práce se věnuje vývojovým stádiím trestných činů, jejichž součástí je i příprava. Druhá kapitola se již věnuje pouze vývojovému stádiu přípravy trestného činu, charakterizuje tento pojem, uvádí rozdíly mezi jinými vývojovými stádii a věnuje se vztahům přípravy a jiných trestněprávních pojmů. The introductory chapter focuses on the developmental stages of cri-mes, which the preparation to a crime is a part of.
