Cílem této bakalářské práce je identifikovat kulturní standardy typické pro německou kulturu v porovnání s kulturou českou. Tyto kulturní standardy znázorňují hlavní odlišnosti mezi českou a německou mentalitou a jsou definovány na základě mých vlastních zkušeností a osobních rozhovorů s českými a německými pracovníky. The aim of this thesis is to identify cultural standards typical for German culture in comparison with Czech culture. These cultural standards point out the main differences between Czech and German mentality and are defined by my own experience and personal interviews with Czech and German workers.
