HR Trends and their implementation in organization AIESEC

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na provedení analýzy a zhodnocení současné implementace vybraných trendů v řízení lidských zdrojů v organizaci AIESEC. Součástí práce je také poskytnutí konkrétních doporučení pro optimalizaci této implementace, která budou zaměřena na potřeby studentů a dobrovolníků a budou sloužit ke zlepšení efektivity řízení lidských zdrojů v organizaci. Teoretická část práce se zabývá vymezením role lidských zdrojů v organizacích, historií, cíli a současnými trendy v této oblasti. Tato část poskytuje základní rámec pro pochopení tématu a slouží jako východisko pro praktickou část. Praktická část práce začíná seznámením čtenáře s organizací AIESEC a představením konkrétních trendů v oblasti lidských zdrojů používaných v této organizaci. Poté následuje popis metodiky výzkumu se zaměřením na sběr dat a analýzu trendů v řízení lidských zdrojů v organizaci AIESEC. Dotazníkové šetření poskytuje cenné informace o vnímaných silných a slabých stránkách organizace a identifikuje trendy s nejvyšší prioritou. Závěrečná část práce shrnuje výsledky analýzy a navrhuje konkrétní doporučení pro optimalizaci řízení lidských zdrojů v AIESEC a podobných organizacích. Cílem těchto doporučení je přispět k efektivnějšímu využívání trendů v oblasti lidských zdrojů a k posílení pozice organizace na trhu.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis and evaluation of the current implementation of selected trends in human resource management in the AIESEC organization. The thesis also includes providing specific recommendations for optimizing this implementation, which will be focused on the needs of students and volunteers and will serve to improve the effectiveness of human resource management in the organization. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with defining the role of human resources in organizations, the history, objectives, and current trends in this field. This part provides a basic framework for understanding the topic and serves as a starting point for the practical part. The practical part of the thesis begins with introducing the reader to the AIESEC organization and presenting specific HR trends used in this organization. This is followed by a description of the research methodology, focusing on data collection and analysis of HR trends in AIESEC. The questionnaire survey provides valuable information about the perceived strengths and weaknesses of the organization and identifies trends with the highest priority. The final part of the thesis summarizes the results of the analysis and proposes specific recommendations for optimizing human resource management in AIESEC and similar organizations. These recommendations aim to contribute to a more effective utilization of HR trends and to strengthen the position of organizations in the market.
