Evaluation of the Importance of Pension Insurance Records

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnotit výsledky analýzy aktuální problematiky vyplňování ELDP v návaznosti na pracovní poměry a možnosti zlepšení agendy ELDP v daném systému. První kapitola se zabývá vymezením pojmů a přehledným vývojem sociální politiky. Klade se důraz na cíle, funkce a modely sociální politiky a s nimi související sociální rizika. Druhá kapitola je věnována vymezení důchodového pojištění, členění důchodů s následným shrnutím jednotlivých dávek důchodového pojištění. Třetí kapitola se zabývá teoretickými poznatky o ELDP a uvádí všeobecné zásady pro vyplňování ELDP. Pojednává o způsobech předávání ELDP do ČSSZ. Tato kapitola dále objasňuje hrozby při neplnění povinností zaměstnavatelů. Upozorňuje na časté chyby při vyplňování ELDP. Věnuje se důchodovému systému s následným pohledem na důchodovou nepřipravenost. Závěrečná kapitola se zabývá analýzou aktuální problematiky vyplňování ELDP v případě uzavření dohody o provedení práce, ostatního zaměstnání či zaměstnání malého rozsahu. Dále se uvádí výhody a nevýhody elektronické a papírové formy společně s vyhodnocením. Na základě praktických poznatků se provede predikce pro zlepšení agendy ELDP.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the analysis results of the current problems related to filling out ELDP in consequence with the working conditions, and the possibility of improving ELDP agenda in a given system. The first chapter deals with the definition of the concept and with the social policy comprehensive development. It puts emphasis on the objectives, functions and models of social policy and on the social risks associated with them. The second chapter is devoted to the definition of pension insurance, the classification of pensions, and to the consequent summary of individual pension insurance benefits. The third chapter deals with the theoretical knowledge concerning ELDP and it lists general principles for ELDP filling. It also discusses the ways to transfer ELDP to CSSZ. This chapter furthermore explains the threats related to non-compliance with the obligations of employers. It highlights common mistakes in filling out ELDP. It focuses on the pension system, and subsequently on the unreadiness of the pension plan. The final chapter deals with the analysis of current problems associated with filling out ELDP in the case of an agreement to complete a job, other employment, or employment of a minor nature. In addition, it lists the advantages and disadvantages of electronic versus paper forms, which is followed up by relevant evaluation. Based on practical knowledge a prediction for the improvement of ELDP agenda is presented.
