Diplomová práce popisuje kvalitativní výzkum provedený metodou zakotvené teorie. Zachycuje realitu uvnitř malého odborného týmu v prostředí sociální služby domov pro seniory. Tým je vlivem okolností nucen samostatně organizovat odbornou část své práce bez stanovení odpovědné osoby za tuto činnost. The diploma thesis describes qualitative research conducted using the grounded theo-ry method. It captures the reality inside a small professional team in the social service environment of a home for the elderly.
